INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION

Our Director Zio will set up a 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about your project, timeline and budget and determine if we are the right builder to bring your dream space to life.

SITE VISIT AND BUILD CONSULTATION

At the secondary consultation, our Director Zio will visit your site to discuss your project in more detail.

The purpose of this consultation is to really get to know you, and understand your vision, and how we can support you in bringing it to life.
We will also be able to walk you through the design and build process and answer any questions you may have about the process. We are here to support you on this journey from day one.

DESIGN CONSULTATION & CONCEPT DRAWINGS

If you don’t already have plans, we have a team of trusted design partners available to pen your vision into a plan.

At this consultation, our design partner will join our Director Zio on site with you to have an in depth discussion into the design. It is at this stage that measurements will be taken, and the plan will really start to take shape.

As part of this service, our Director Zio will support you through the design process, providing his expertise and industry knowledge, combined with his passion for design, to ensure your design not only maximises the existing footprint of your home, but most importantly, caters to your family and your lifestyle.

DESIGN CONCEPT REVIEW, ALTERATIONS, AND COST ESTIMATE

You are one step closer to your dream space, with plans in hand. At this stage, we can really start to see your vision taking shape with a full set of coloured plans, and 3D model provided.

It is at this point in the journey that we will work with you to make any modifications which will be sent on to our design partners to finalise.
With a design concept, we will also be able to provide you with an initial ball park estimate for the build.

WORKING DRAWINGS AND DETAILED QUOTATION

Once you have approved the design concept, we will proceed to working drawings, including all additional planning services such as engineering, energy and soil reports as required.

It is at this stage that we will be able to provide a detailed cost breakdown for your build.

CONTRACTS & PERMITS

Now we get down to the nitty gritty and formalise the construction journey with a Domestic Building Contract which is a legal document clearly outlining all information relevant to your project including costs, timelines, payment structures and descriptions of works among other details.

Once contracts are signed, your plans will then be sent on to our Building Surveyor to attain the relevant building permits for your build.

CONSTRUCTION

This is where the fun begins as your vision comes to life.

We work closely with our clients prior to construction to plan for the build process to ensure that they are well prepared and informed, whether they be relocating, or remaining in the home for the duration of the build (where possible).

Throughout the construction process we facilitate regular site visits, and meetings with our clients as they watch their dream space take shape.

We believe that the build process should be an experience that you remember for a lifetime and we are dedicated to ensuring that our clients truly enjoy the journey with us.

HANDOVER

Following the construction, we will undertake a comprehensive defect process to ensure your space is finished to the highest standard.

This is our favourite part of the process, as we handover the keys to the dream space we have built for our clients to live in, love and make lifelong memories.
