Our Project Feasibility Consultation is designed to give you clarity before committing to the design process.

Meet with Director and Registered Builder Zio to discuss your ideas, explore the opportunities and constraints of your home, and gain expert advice on what’s achievable for your lifestyle, budget and property.

Following the consultation, we’ll prepare a preliminary concept sketch and invite you to our Manifold Heights showroom to present the proposed direction and provide a tailored ballpark construction price range.

You’ll leave with greater confidence, a clearer understanding of your project, and practical guidance on the best path forward.
