Our Pre-Construction Proposal is designed for clients who already have architectural plans and are preparing to move toward construction. This service focuses on creating clarity around scope, cost and timing before any building work begins.

During pre-construction, we review your documentation in detail, visit the site, and work closely with our trusted sub-trades to ensure your project is accurately priced and thoroughly planned. This upfront process helps identify potential risks early and provides a clear, transparent understanding of what’s involved before construction commences.

What’s included:

  • Site visits and review of architectural drawings, surveys and relevant documentation
  • Identification of potential challenges, risks and opportunities early in the process
  • Detailed, itemised costings for materials, labour and subcontractors
  • Allowances for contingencies to help manage unforeseen variables
  • Material quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy and minimise waste
  • Development of a realistic construction programme with clear sequencing and milestones

Investment:

A pre-construction deposit of $900 + GST is required and is credited toward the first construction payment should you proceed to build with us.
