Stage One is where your future home begins to take shape.
Starting with an immersive on-site design workshop, we’ll walk through your home, discuss how you live, identify opportunities within the existing space and begin designing a home that reflects your lifestyle.
As the design evolves, we’ll also begin your interior selections, ensuring your layout, finishes and budget remain aligned from the outset.
Once your concept has been developed, we’ll present your design in our Manifold Heights showroom, refine the details together and prepare your project for documentation.

Documentation and Pricing
Investment: Varies by project
Once your concept design has been approved, we coordinate every aspect of the documentation process required to prepare your project for construction.
Working alongside our trusted consultants, we’ll develop the detailed drawings, engineering and permit documentation while continuing to review every decision through a builder’s perspective.
When complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive fixed-price building proposal, giving you complete confidence before construction begins.
